Refund Policy

Can I return my item?

Eligible items may be returned for store credit only within 15 days from the date you received your item(s).  Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags still attached. No returns on CUSTOM hats.

To complete your return, please send an email to delranchowear@gmail.com. Please include your order number, a brief description of the exchange. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and process the store credit. Del Rancho Wear reserves the right to deny a return if the items are worn , damaged,  or altered in any way.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

No returns on CUSTOM hats. 

Shipping Policy

When will my order ship?

Your Del Rancho Wear orders will be shipped within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of purchase.

How can I track my package?

When your product is shipped an automatic email will be sent with your tracking information. Once tracking has started and a package has been confirmed , your package is no longer the responsibility of Del Rancho Wear. If you have received tracking information stating your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, please contact your local United States Post Office to see where your carrier may have left your package. 

Do you ship internationally?

No, at the moment we are only shipping within the USA.
